These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the HR Service Portal ("Portal") operated by Exalans & Hunar Corporate Solutions ("Company", "we", "us"). By registering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
The Portal provides access to outsourced HR services including but not limited to recruitment support, HR compliance, payroll advisory, statutory compliance, documentation, and related services ("Services"). Services are subject to availability and applicable subscription plans or service agreements.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@exalansandhunar.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. You must be at least 18 years of age and authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organisation, if applicable.

All content, branding, software, and materials on the Portal are the exclusive property of Exalans & Hunar Corporate Solutions. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
5. Payment Terms
Fees for services are as agreed in your service plan or invoice. All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are non-refundable unless the service has not been initiated. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue payments.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all non-public information exchanged through the Portal. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exalans & Hunar Corporate Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Portal or Services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account by contacting support@exalansandhunar.com. Termination does not affect any outstanding payment obligations.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kochi, Kerala. Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating legal proceedings.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data including encrypted password storage, HTTPS transmission, server-side access controls, and regular security reviews. In the event of a data breach that is likely to cause harm, we will notify affected Data Principals and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.

The Portal uses session cookies strictly necessary for authentication and security. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising cookies.

Your data is primarily stored and processed within India. Where any processing involves services hosted outside India (e.g., email delivery infrastructure), we ensure adequate safeguards are in place consistent with the DPDP Act 2023 and applicable rules.
